Replacements, Returns & Exchanges
We understand that buying a candle online means you can't experience the scent beforehand. Your happiness is our priority, so we've made our return and exchange process simple and stress-free.
Not every scent is a perfect match for everyone. If your chosen fragrance isn't quite what you were hoping for, you're welcome to exchange it for a different one, or return it for a full refund. To initiate a return, replacement, or exchange, just contact us at concierge@flashback-candle.com with your order number and details of the item(s) in question. We'll get back to you promptly to guide you through the process.
Shipping
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of $150 or more within the continental United States.
Shipping within the Continental US: We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from our Austin, Texas location. In-stock orders are processed and typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow a few extra days for processing and shipping during holidays, sales, and peak periods (February- May and November–December).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 1-4 business days after shipping.
Holiday & Sale Periods: During sales and holidays, our small team handles a higher volume of orders. Please allow a few extra business days for your order to ship during these times.
